Why I Do This Work
I believe we all want to feel safe, connected, and at peace within ourselves — but life doesn’t always make that easy.
Many of us learned early on to stay strong, take care of others, or hide what we felt just to get by. Over time, that kind of quiet survival can leave us anxious, tired, or disconnected.
I became a therapist because I deeply understand what it means to hold things alone for too long — and how powerful it can be to finally have a space that feels safe enough to begin healing.
It’s deeply meaningful to walk alongside clients as they gain a clearer understanding of their story, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and whole.
“Healing isn’t about knowing who you are — it’s about giving yourself space to begin.”
About
HOPE CHOMAN, LCSW
Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Hope Choman, LCSW — a trauma therapist who supports adults working through trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I work to create a space where you can feel understood and supported as you begin to explore your story and what healing means for you.
When You’re Ready
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
When you’re ready, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you — exploring what’s been hard and creating space for change and understanding.
It would be an honor to walk beside you as you take this step toward healing and growth.
