Who do you work with?
I provide virtual individual therapy for adults in New York and Connecticut. I work with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, chronic illness, caregiving stress, and significant life transitions.What approaches do you use?
My approach is integrative and relational. Depending on your needs, our work may incorporate EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, somatic approaches, relational therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. -
What is your session fee?
Individual therapy sessions are $225 for 50 minutes. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.Do you accept insurance?
I am an in-network provider with the Mount Sinai Health Partners UMR Top-Tier plan for Mount Sinai employees and their dependents.For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I work with clients weekly. Consistent sessions allow us to build continuity in the work and maintain a regular time reserved for therapy. -
How do I know if we're a good fit?
We begin with a free 15-minute consultation. It's an opportunity to talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
